I’m surprised the place wasn’t packed. I ordered online and arrived at 1:15 and they were assembling the burger. I was very impressed by the care with the burger was assembled. I appreciate how they wait until the customer arrives before they make the french fries. While I was waiting for my food I chatted briefly with some of the employees and it was clear they took a great deal of pride in their work. I go to Five Guys all over the country and this is one of the best. The prices are confiscatory but I guess you have to pay for a good burger.

We stopped in for fries and a soda, we waited at the counter for at least 4 minutes before anyone even acknowledged us! All 3 employees saw us and didn't even say hello! We finally placed our order and then waited for 15 minutes for just 1 order of fries! It was not busy at the time. We saw fries being dropped? We have never had this kind of problem at any other location!

Walked in, and walked out. I would’ve spent $30 on a burger, fries, and a shake if I’d stayed. That’s absolutely absurd for the mediocre quality food Five Guys slings.Stopped by my favorite bar instead. Got a big juicy burger, fresh fries, and a cold beer for less than $25 with tip.You suck, Five Guys.

From 1 star to 5!!! I had ordered from Uber AND the Five Guys app, and neither of them got my order to me! I was understandably frustrated after waiting more than 3 hours for my food! I called the store, and the manager offered to refund or remake my food. I elected to have it remade and went in to get it. They remade everything and added more fries than usual! They also offered me a gift certificate for the inconvenience. Everyone was VERY friendly and helpful. While I may not use the delivery service anymore I highly recommend the people and service this location provides.

The employee came out of the building and yelled the Eff word at us. For no reason at all! I believe they were yelling at a camera man on the public sidewalk! Absolutely nothing out of the ordinary and was then attacked by 5 guys swearing guy. I will not come back.
