The food quality here is decent, though considering the prices, it might seem a bit overpriced in terms of quality. However, given the restaurant's ambiance and facilities, I feel it's worth the price. The environment is well-designed with a great atmosphere, and the menu offers a wide variety of options, making it perfect for family gatherings. Moreover, they have a children's playground which is great for keeping kids entertained. The quality of fried food is average, but the steamed seafood is excellent. Unfortunately, the oysters tasted a bit off, and lemon was not provided. Additionally, four out of the six oysters had shell fragments inside, which greatly affected the taste, so I wouldn't recommend them. The staff is friendly and enthusiastic, although a bit rushed; they kept urging us to order, asking twice within five minutes of sitting down before we even had a chance to look at the menu, which was a bit frustrating.Kid-friendliness: They have playground for kid

Seriously? $5.49 for a cob of corn cut in half? No seasoning? The picture definitely shows it looking more like street corn. A week ago, it was a raw steak. Both delivery. Do I allow 3 strikes?!

We were so happy to see a Joe's Crab Shack near our hotel in Tempe! Every one we interacted with on Sunday March 10, dinner shift, was friendly! Kody was our server, he was awesome. My son had poked himself with a crab cracker, and Kody grabbed a bandaid and also checked on my son as he was coming back to the table. The gentleman server from the next station over had an autism tattoo and we chatted a bit, he also noticed my son had on a NASCAR shirt, we had just come from the Phoenix race. He shared a story with us and that was really cool!! We can't wait to come back and ask for either server, they were both nice and courteous!
