The most expensive pho i’ve ever eaten. I will never come back, beside they charge higher tax and the price different between the menu and bill.every little thing you ask, they will charge .its very inconvenient.

Was feeling a bit under the weather and thought some soup would help get me back on my feet. Vibe was very off, I felt a bit unwelcomed and the food was extremely bland. Staff didn’t really interact with me, just listened to me take my order, dropped of the food and left me alone.

Been going to this restaurant for almost 20 years, still the best pho in Arizona in my opinion. Parking can get a bit of a pain during rush hours.

Came here because of the high review. The food is not good. The pho broth was just salty with no aroma or essence of pho. The owner lady is very nice.

Super affordable place to go and open decently late! Came here last minute when I was feeling under the weather and the pho broth CURED me - I'm so happy I stopped by. Food came out super fast too, was able to get in and out quickly. Very hole in the wall vibe, it was delicious

I've been going to Khải Hoàn at least once a week since I found them two months ago. I love the Pho Tai. I almost always get a table immediately and all the staff are so nice and friendly. Can never go wrong with their pho tai. Perfectly seasoned and fatty, beefy broth with thin slices of rare beef. A squeeze of sriracha and squeeze of lime brings the whole bowl together with little effort. Love this hearty meal and enjoy it at least once a week for lunch.

As the only self proclaimed professional PHO reviewer here... I will keep this one short.Onions and meat are proper. Noodles cooked to correct texture. Broth was traditional with subtle flavors.$15.95 for the Xlarge... it was OK for the portion not as Xlarge as other places but not an issue considering everything else about the bowl was well thought out.People local to this place will have no issues frequenting here for PHO. Other reviewers who said it was good are correct. It's probably closer to a 4.5 star rating but google doesn't do that and they should.
