This place has a variety of different fish dishes that you can't find in very many restaurants in Arizona. Prices are up there but you won't be disappointed when your meal arrives. They have a cool atmosphere especially the bar area. No happy hour though. Their oyster selection is top notch.Parking: The Tempe marketplace gets pretty crowded on Fridays & Saturdays so you may have to park kind of far. Any other time there is plenty of parking near the restaurant.

Dakota was our server, and was awesome! Very polite and friendly with a great personality! Our food was great. We had a party of 12, & every thing was great except for the spiney lobster that wasn’t throughly cooked, the manager came out, she gave us a new plate of the lobster and made it right. Also wayyy too much ice in the alcohol drinks!!!

I really enjoyed this seafood place. The atmosphere of this place , the service, and the food 10/10. I really recommend the crispy calamari and kings crab cakes as an appetizer. The calamari sauces were delicious, especially the mae ploy. Crab cakes actually had a lot of crab in i, not like other places with a more bread ratio than crab. The macadamia nut crusted halibut was phenomenal , very good, savory and nice crust. I would highly recommend the Kings combo platter since it has almost all deep-fried seafood to try out. The sushi here was delicious, too, especially the eel roll. Definitely add that to your pallet for sushi. Overall, it was a very delicious and very surprising seafood place i have been to as they had a large variety of different seafood dishes we didn't get to try. Will be back soon to try them all.Kid-friendliness: They have a kids menu, which includes foods like chicken tender, burger, Mac and cheese. This is good if you guys want seafood and also want to take your kids that don't eat seafood.

We really enjoy Kings Fish House in Tempe Marketplace. We ordered clam chowder, Rainbow Sushi Roll and Wedge Salad. The meal comes with warm sourdough bread. It has a perfect crunchy crust and good sourdough flavor. Their New England style clam chowder is the best I have had in the Phoenix area. Victor loves the Rainbow Sushi Roll. The sushi is a California roll topped with yellowtail tuna, salmon and shrimp. The presentation is beautiful. Victor had a Kilt Lifter beer from the local Four Peaks Brewery. This beer is very consistent and never disappoints. We were happy that when Aneheuser-Busch bought Four Peaks in 2015 they did not mess with the recipe and the quality did not change. I had the A to Z Riesling from Wineworks Vineyard. At $11 per glass it definitely needs more work. It has a strange flavor, is somewhat bitter and does not have the fruitiness that I expect from a Riesling. Unfortunately I did not see any other white wine on the menu that looked appealing. We ordered the Classic Wedge salad even though we thought it was a bit pricey at $13.50 for Iceberg lettuce. Its only redeeming factor is it a huge portion with what looked like almost an entire head of iceberg. They are super generous with the blue cheese crumbles and dressing. We were only able to take a few bites after the clam chowder, sushi and, of course, the bread. Two odd things about the iceberg salad is a lone slice of tomato, which looks out of place, and the bacon is in large pieces and is really tough. There are two outside seating areas. The restaurant is clean. The service is always wonderful. The food comes out in a timely manner. They get really busy in the evenings so make reservations if you are going during prime dining hours. The restaurant is located on the west side of the mall. It is easy to find if you enter the mall from McClintock Drive.

We loved King's Fish House and had a delicious dinner. They have a huge selection of fresh fish, sushi, oysters, and shellfish. They have a great gluten free menu and are knowledgeable about cross contamination. They easily accommodated my need for dairy free as well. My grilled sea bass was light, flaky, creamy, divine. All the food was fresh, with a nice selection of sides. We enjoyed dining on the patio. Great, friendly service too.Dietary restrictions: Gluten free

Once we enter the building we were greeted by your hosts. We were asked if we want to be seated even through the rest of the party did not arrive. Our waitress Jill was very friendly and hospitable. She did a Excellent Job! And we will be back and will ask for her to wait on us!
Great Whitey
Great food. Great service. Food is excellent. Macadamia nut encrusted Halibut is so tasty and cooked right. Scallops are delicious and also cooked perfectly. Shrimp cocktail is great. Even mac and cheese is creamy and very delicious. Had Cheesecake for dessert but it was inhaled so quick that camera wasnt fast enough for a photo.

The food and service were great, booked a table more than a week in advance, and we were seated in the bar area. It was loud and drafty, and the door to the patio wouldn't close completely.

Went for lunch and asked to be seated outside. Booth seat was dirty and the young man who sat us cleaned the seat off. Gave us menus and said our server would be with us shortly. Server never came out and we never got any water. Waited a few more minutes as we browsed the menu. We decided to leave since we did not get prompt service. Restaurant was not busy. Decided to eat across the street at the Gastropub and enjoyed the service and food there!
Great service and wonderful food. Always go back her. Delicious oysters. Had trout almondine. It was very good. Love the clam chowder! Wish the mash potatoes were better. Everything else was perfect!!
