Overall a 3.5/5 stars. We've been looking for a hand drawn noodle restaurant replacement ever since our favorite closed down last year. We would have never found this place if it weren't for some word of mouth. As others have stated, don't let the name fool you. It's not a Japanese ramen place! Omg, it was seriously the best. I had a shrimp noodle dish that was incredible!! My friend had the beef dumplings and said they were very flavorful. The service was excellent! When I called to make sure they were open for the holiday and when we showed up, they were very welcoming and kind. I can’t wait to go

I love how you can change the noodle width. The braised noodle soup is my go-to and the brisket is always so tender. You could inject the broth straight into my veins and I think it would make me a superior human being. Service is typical and very quick. The restaurant in general is quite modest but in my opinion it is part of their allure of authenticity. They're known for their ramen, but their fried rice is the best in Tempe for sure.
