They removed the play place. The drive through was upsetting, the payment window guy was very nice and helpful, pull up to the next window to the rudest lady. Filled our order wrong and then got angry when we asked for them to fix it, no sauces, wrong things. Sodas were not filled so we asked for them to fill them, she took them out of view to fill them and then they tasted wrong, one was out of syrup and one legitimately tasted like it was mixed with something else, not just a soda. We pitched them.Kid-friendliness: Horrible. Removed play place, taking away child safe spaces is a bad look McDonald’s.

It's as easy as a b c folks, this is a prime example of the lack of responsibility and respect now a days...I pull up to the drive through, voice comes on and says.... what do you wanna get... with a scowl face in their voice, I make my order, get up to the windows, chunky soup looks at me and doesn't say anything but my fee amount, scowl on her face, she takes my money, doesn't say ty,fy, ...Nothing ..... scowl face the whole time as if she hates everything in life..... I ordered a mcflurry ....I get a cup of ice cream with a scoop of oreo dust on top .... not blended, nothing but ice cream topped with one very small spoon of cookie dust....... AND NO NAPKINS !!!FF RESTAURANTS..... IS IT COSTING YOU THAT MUCH ?? You're already charging 10x's what anything on your menus are worth....We need to return to the 70's quality of service, products and price !!! We should ban and not buy from these places !!! Seriously folks !! Or any retail biz...... they're screwing us

Lots of homeless in the area and service was mediocre at best. The interview I can say was that there was a young gentleman who was very sweet to help me bring my coffee to me everyone else seems too much in a rush to be kind or pass things over

Went thru the drive thru and some of our food was missing but the food was actually good not hard or old.
Mobile ordered sat for 20 minutes waiting for food. Didn’t get my food till 3 other cars pulled up next to me and then all three of us got our food at the same time. Food was cold and hashbrowns tasted like they sat in grease.
