The employees have "never heard of" pi day. They have "no idea" why it's so busy today. They wouldn't let us get the bogo deal for today. We payed 36$ for a pizza and breadsticks. We were really hoping for this deal because the food is way over priced. And service sucks! Because employees aren't paid enough... just disappointed really.

Will never order from pizza hut again. My order has been pushed back so man times that 3 drivers came and went. You can't get through to the actual store and the 3rd party company they have answering phones can't tell you anything. Terrible business practices and I won't be coming back to deal with it. Still waiting for my pizza... who knows if I'll even get it at this rate. Extremely unhappy.

I ordered an hour ahead, got the notification my order was ready, and arrived right on the time i requested. My order somehow couldnt be found, or it was thrown away? I dont blame the employees at all, the franchisee should not be working two employees this hard. Take care of the people who run your business!

The food is really good , but the last 2 times we ordered contact less delivery , both guys rang the bell , causing kaoz with the dogs etc , they looked shocked when I answer the door, im wondering if they ring the bell cuz my gfs name is on the order , they want to see who she is ? They won't leave until you open the door , and of course no masks on either of them ,

Curbside service is offered but refused when you go to pick up your order and the store never picks up the phone. Then, the Shift Supervisor wouldn’t give his name for reference regarding the situation.Online/phone order couldn’t be found on their system when calling about your order.Absolutely no one could provide a manager’s contact info.Paid for food never received.

Literally just called to order one pizza. Guy was just overall rude with such a tone.Literally waited on hold for 15 minutes even for someone to answer to make my order.Ultimately I just figured this was way more of a headache than needed and called dominos. Whoever you guys had answering the phone tonight in 01/12/2024 at 1045pm with the accent needs to be retrained his customer service skills lack. No wonder why he’s stuck working nights. Less exposure.

Ordered For delivery. When the driver showed up, she took a 50% tip without blinking an eye. she didn't understand English, and when asked for her to change back from the total. She just thanked us in burning English and drove off. Be careful when ordering for delivery because they will not give you your change. And they will drive off without even thinking about it.

Always get extra sauce I even wrote request and I put a note in there that I haven't gotten them last 2 or 3 times I think they're doing on purpose now.Order from the on Southern way better.

The services is terrible. I ordered curbside pick up, I arrived. 20/30 mins pass, no one comes out. I call. This evil ugly thing comes out saying we don’t do curbside orders without payment. Mind you, I was expecting to hand her my card or cash plus tip. If she could come out and say that, she could have took the payment. The young lady continues to argue with me and began to be racist. She told me for all I know you are here to rob me. My order was 15 dollars and I had children in the backseat. I cussed her out. Hopefully she was fired but just in case the manager attempted to cover up what took place. I’m here to post it. :)

They used DoorDash to deliver my pizza and they left it in a random spot. Driver didn’t answer my calls. Then called in to pick up a new pizza and they didn’t answer the phone for 30min. Had to go in to get a refund. Two hours later and left with no pizza.2 weeks later and no refund! The dude just re-printed my receipt and never issued a refund. Talked to corporate twice and they never did either. Guess I have to report this as credit card fraud.

The pizza was arrested and wasn't very good at all you can't accept Quality Pizza from this place during high traffic times this is not the pizza that I grew up with I don't think I'll order here from again at this

I ordered 3 items from the $7 deal lover's menu for delivery at about 5 after midnight - the location closes at 1 am. I get a message from the Door Dash carrier that my order was left in a "safe location." I'm in a 2nd floor studio. Nothing outside my door. I even walked down and around the building, just to be thorough. I got completely robbed by this location's Door Dash driver, and I must advise BUYERS BEWARE!!

Had to cut the pizza myself, and where did the cheese go? It’s not on the top of the box. I guess they scraped a knife across it and didn’t fix it? Only 4 pieces were edible. Sucks cause I ordered pizza to have leftovers for the next day. Couldn’t get a refund cause they don’t answer the phone.
