“Wonderful beers with a mix of rotating taps and annual favorites. Tim and John are always smiling, and the entire place is dog friendly. Bring in food (tons of great options nearby, we've seen some folks have food delivered) or look for scheduled food trucks.“
“Kendall is one of your top customer service attendant!!! We come in at least 2 times per month & have never had a more personable & professional interaction with any of your other staff!! She goes above & beyond waitressing!!! She is a true customer service representative!!!“
“Fun bar & grill. We came here after the Miles For Migraine event at the park across the street. It was a wait for the food but it was worth it because it was delicious and fresh. Customer service was slow in the beginning but picked up and was great the rest of the time. We will definitely be back here.“
“Friendly atmosphere. I was in the game room with a meetup group. The waitress was friendly and attentive, which was great, because we were a big group. There are a lot of games to choose from. I wasn’t impressed with their pretzel and cheese. The cheese was lukewarm and it had peppers in it, but no taste.“
“The fries were absolutely amazing cooked to perfection and seasoned well. The sliders were very dry, but wasn't expecting too much was very good with ranch and drinks were also good. Service was amazing and ambience was perfect for a sports bar.“

“It was nice go find a place where there was a variety form of entertainment besides just watching television: we got pool tables, dart games, music, and it wasn't all sports when it came to watching TV, we got something for everyone. Went to check out the atmosphere and drink, stayed long enough to enjoy the food. Good service all around.“
“A great place to play pool. They have three bar box tables that well maintained. They have a tournament on Tuesday nights. The bar has a very neighborhood “cheers” bar vibe. There are dart boards and an outdoor patio. as well. Bar snacks and good service!“
“This place is great. We eat here a lot, and everyone is always courteous. The food has never disappointed. A+Vegetarian options: It's not too hard to be vegetarian here, though finding vegan is nearly impossible, possibly a plain baked potato and salad would be it.“
“Wow. I loved this place! Kira was our waitress and she did an amazing job guiding us through the big menu! Her service was above and beyond what we normally get elsewhere. You can tell she loves helping customers choose from all they have to offer! The burnt ends and brisket was out of this world and the mac and cheese woooah. Fun and cool environment with such good food. Can’t wait to go back to try the drinks and other goodies. Recommend 10/10“
“Great food. Fish Fry Friday is the best. It's been a few years since I was in there and it looks the same. Wish they would upgrade the furniture, clean the window sills and paint the front door. I will be back in spite of!Parking: Need more handicap spots. One out front say it's a fire zone, no parking????“
“The food is great! I had “The Lodge” cheeseburger with waffle fries and it was one of the best burgers I’ve had. The staff are friendly and the log cabin atmosphere is cool!Wheelchair accessibility: Two handicap parking spots and there are no steps“
“⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐Boondocks in Tempe is my go-to, around the corner spot for a fantastic time! Casey, the first bartender I met here, is a gem – her kindness and skill create a welcoming atmosphere that initially kept me coming back. Seriously, had it not been for her, I’m not sure I’d have come back. The there’s Tyler, the GM, who runs the show with attentiveness, ensuring a fair and positive vibe for both staff and patrons.Tyler, another bartender, is a constant source of laughs with his jokes, making every visit light-hearted and enjoyable (check out his ice fr)…Brittany's vibrant energy adds a lively touch, making the bar area fun and inviting. Jared, another diligent bartender, not only serves with precision but also saved my b*tt on a sports-themed crossword. And let's not forget Matt - braving through every Thursday karaoke night of college kids and off key singers with levity and professionalism, just proves Boondocks Tempe is the SUPERIOR Boondocks. The entire staff, including these amazing individuals, makes sure everyone feels safe, included. It's not just a bar; it's the local watering hole this side of Tempe needed - filled with positive vibes and great people! ?Also: the food RIPS, 10/10 best chicken strips this side of Tempe Town Lake!“
“Very good customer service, made the food to my liking & was very flavorful. Prices for 2 are fairly affordable nothing more then $40-50 bucks depending on what you get. I recommend checking out this location, the joint staff playlist of music was very pleasing.“
“It’s a bar and grill with pool tables and darts on one side. On the main side they have karaoke 3 times a week. Tuesday night has Trivia and Karaoke. I go for the lunch specials and the Karaoke. They also have a good sized outside patio that has a misting system. I did bring my pet once and the outdoor was comfortable even though it was hot. They have a nice mix of people that go there. Very inclusive. Everyone feels welcome.“
“For a "back home" experience, this place has all Detroit decor. They don't offer a lot of healthy food, but I didn't expect that due to the name. Several years ago, this place was mentioned in a food magazine about eating in all 50 states without leaving AZ. I tried it, loved it, keep coming back. (The one in downtown Phoenix is a bit cramped but also worth a trip.)About a month ago, they added new menu items. My cousin was with me and said the Sun Devil Chicken was delicious. My Philly was also tasty. It's usually the same guys behind the counter whenever I go in, so I know what to expect. They may not recognize me, but they always treat me well.“
“From out of town and looking for things to do. Did not regret coming to Mills modern Social. A lot of 9 foot and 6 foot tables. The tables played really well. We did not eat so can't review that. Plenty of good beers. Service was good.“
“When you walk in it feels like a hole in the wall that may be a cool place to grab a drink, but don't stop there. Look at the menu. Lots of options, but it is the ramen that is the star of this show. It is CRAZY. Big bowl filled with lots of noodles and whatever extras you want. I had the "miso hungry." My soft egg was perfect and of course I ordered fried chicken on the side (for only $4.50 that is almost a meal in itself). As others have said the broth is a little salty, but it was delicious and worth it. Service was friendly and on point. They bill at the table without actually giving you a bill- our server just showed me the total on the hand held device. I don't love this but I'm sure it saves them time. Worth it for the food!“
“Footlong cheesesteak is legit. I'm from Philly so I've had more than my share of authentic cheesesteaks and I was impressed with the amount of meat. Always recommend getting it with white american cheese. Personal TVs at most tables is nice for controlling what spors game you want to watch. Music was louder than it needed to be, other than that a solid sports bar“
“Stop by here the other day for lunch. Haven’t been here in about 15 years. Still has the same chill vibe. Got to catch a few March madness games lots of TVs in this place. Very good service. No wait to get seated and they even have mother Road IPA on tap. They have an inside and outside section and it’s a good place for kids. If you want to have a some wings and a beer and watch a game. The wings are really good and the ranch is delicious.Parking: Plenty of parking and you can park on the street if it’s parking lot fullKid-friendliness: Definitely able to bring your kids here. Have a beer eat some wings and watch a game.Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessible“
“Came over here to hangout with one of my friends. The bar looked very clean and spacious, had a big tv near the door w sports on. It was Tuesday so only like 4 people were in there which for us was great. The bartender was a very sweet girl and served us quickly n kept tabs on us which was nice. They do have a digital jukebox but unfortunately I couldnt use my TouchTunes or AMI app to select songs which was unfortunate. They don't serve food but I noticed you could bring your own in which is totally fine lol. We'd definitely go back.“
“We love Pedal Haus! We brought two of our macaws to dinner with us tonight and Sam, Sydney, and Nina were so very friendly and accommodating. Sam brought our girls Gypsy and Noel a few French fries on the house! Fun atmosphere, kind employees, and fast service. The food is great too!“
