Been going faithfully for 2 years- 3-5 times EVERY week in the mornings.I just come now at 530pm and the female worker, with the lip piercing, awkwardly tells me she can't accept my $100 bill for payment and that I would have to buy more than a drink to cash it, that they make less than $100 a day** so they can't break it.That's RIDICULOUS. Starbucks makes thousands per day and I'm sure the safe in the office has $$$.So then I had to awkwardly drive off, with no drink.I called and the male on shift I talked to was of ZERO help as well. He just repeated what she said and I expressed there are other Customer Service minded solutions that could have been done.I won't be back to this branch.I don't recommend this location, sadly I do love the morning* shift staff.
