Overall very clean and didn't feel cramped or congested in the lobby, staff was very polite and orderly and the food was made to perfection. They even give you a free cookie or chips if you add something *EXTRA* WHICH which I was very happy about and didn't know.

This African American woman employee has a terrible attitude, she seems like she doesn't want to work, telling us that she would close the restaurant in an hour because she wanted us to leave so we wouldn't use the tables, apart from the fact that she didn't want to validate a cookie coupon and alone for no reason, she just wanted to be looking at her cell phone and didn't want to work. It is very bad for this branch to allow this type of employees.

I went there cause it said it was open till 3:00am but it wasn't it closed at 2:00 am so I went there for no reason

One of the better subways I've been to. Indoor outdoor setting. Nice big place. Went in while school was out. Seems like it maybe a very busy place during school.
Very fresh and staff is friendly. The only thing I don't like is that restrooms are locked. That's thanks to students loitering. ?

Hey Owner, do you think you can post your disclaimer about what you will accept from the Subway coupons and what you wont before customers go through the whole process of making their sandwich just to hear that you can't use your coupon there. Thank you that would be great.

This subway is right down the road from my apartment and it's my go to subway everytime I've gone in the evening and the service has always been great all the guys that work there have given me great service (I say guys because it's always been guys everytime I've came in) it's also open late as well which is also a plus

Just moved into the area, went in asked to use the restroom before ordering and the guy says nope it's out of order, I said, both of them? He said yep! No sign on the doors of the bathrooms. Left and went to the one on Hayden and Thomas used the restroom and spend $31.00. Boom! Never going back!

Hours posted are incorrect. If you are going to hire lazy high-school students who continually close the store early, at least have the courtesy to post the actual hours the store will be open til online.
