I will go out of the way to have their ramen when the craving hits. I literally do not have the words for how amazing this place is. They make and proof their own noodles you can see almost everything they are doing in the kitchen (depends where you sit). The stock/ broth smells constantly in the air. It is amazing and I can't recommend enough
Haven't been back since covid. Ultra spicy seems to be a new dish on the menu. Verdict? Love it. I brought friends from out of town and enjoyed the ramen and takoyaki.Service was fast and efficient as well.

Disappointed since they made some changes: they don't torch the porks anymore so it’s fatty. The broth doesn't taste as good as it used to and the price went up but the quantity of the broth is so tiny. Used to come here a lot but not really worth it anymore.
