Let me just say, wow. When you first walk in the atmosphere, it is inviting both inside and outside, truly beautiful. The service itself was fantastic and friendly. Then there's the food which is flavorful and fresh. Then there's the lemonade which, let me tell you, is a definite must when coming here. If you currently live in Arizona or are simply coming to visit, definitely come here.
I think the most notable thing about the Golden Pineapple is that the food is interesting. There's clearly been some thought and effort put into crafting a menu that is more unique that normal pub food, and it makes the menu a delight to explore. It was my first time trying some of the novel takes on dishes here, like the Tamale fries, and I enjoyed everything I tasted.The atmosphere is also very fun and energetic. The patio is very cool. I am not a big fried food person and ordered fish and chips. Fish was like warm and mostly fried batter. Fries were good. Had the fish been good, I would have given 5 stars.
