My kids and I had a GREAT time at YCs Mongolian grill. You pay per bowl kids size, medium or large. Then you stack it as full as possible with protein, veggies, and top it off with noodles. There are extra bowls by the sauces where you get to create your own sauce. They have a board with suggested sauces but we created our own.There is also a rice and soup bar included with your entree. Today I went to YC to get late night dinner before heading to the racetrack down the race track Jennie I believe was her name one of the employees was so sweet and amazing and was willing to help me Make my trip a little easier with having a one -year-old and building everybody’s dinner and also taking it to go. First time eating there. When you walk in, you order and pay for your food. Then go down the buffet and put what you want into your bowl, all of it uncooked. Then you get a sauce bowl and add your mix of sauces. Then you hand it to the chef that cooks it right in front of you on the round grill. Then you get your rice and soup and drink. Then, on to your table. It was really good food. Now that I know how the restaurant works, it will be fun to go back. Wish they had printed instructions and / or menu suggestions on combinations of foods and sauces. That would have made my first experience much better.
