So good. The cookies were soft and the ice cream sandwiches were excellent! Very friendly helpful staff. Also located in a really neat location. Plenty of restaurants around and a fun outdoor hangout area outside the shops.

I've been so excited to try this place since I first learned of its existence. What could be better than cookies and ice cream? So, I ordered delivery. It may be better fresh in the store. The cookies were hard. I prefer soft cookies. The ice cream was good. I was underwhelmed.

Cookies were hard and grocery store quality. Ice cream was nothing special. Didn’t even finish one of the cookies because it was so hard and lacked flavor. Overall a disappointing experience for the money. Too bad because location is great.

This is everything I've ever wanted in a dessert shop! Yummy ice cream with large, delicious cookies each with a variety of flavors. Cute little area inside and out to sit. Absolutely love it!

I don't literally drool over restaurants, food stores, and their Facebook Pages very often, although there are many that I really like. However, once I saw 8 Degrees on their Facebook Page, well, they had my attention right away. I stopped by the shop today and met Angie, one of the owners, and I proceeded to order one of every cookie (except the vegan cookie) and two ice cream sandwiches (the Death By Chocolate and Birthday Party). I then zoomed home to get the ice cream into the freezer.If you love soft, decadent cookies, then 8 Degrees must become your new best friend. Calories are of no concern here as they are so good, as far as I'm concerned, I'm happy to sweat in the gym for however many hours so I can eat these cookies guilt-free. Peanut butter, chocolate chip, sugar cookies, and more - they have a good variety for the cookie aficionado. Vegan and gluten-free cookies are also available, which is very much appreciated.They also have different ice cream flavors -- and the great thing is you can create your own ice cream sandwich with the cookies and ice cream that you want. These sweets be so good, you'd still want to eat one in the middle of winter at the North Pole!Anyway, show 8 Degrees some love and get over there. Door Dash will also deliver to you. They also have a rewards program (yay!). Ahhhh, for the love of great local food. This be it.

The BEST snickerdoodle I have ever had in my life. Let me start by saying I am not a sweets person. But when I popped into St Phillips plaza I was craving a snickerdoodle. My goodness it did not disappoint. I try to support local business as much as I can. I even had a rough week and got some delivered to my house today. Highly recommend!!!!!!

We stumbled across this place after dinner. We loved it. Dairy free and gluten free options, and they are good. Their normal ice cream is great to. But I think his name was Robert or Roger, good looking kid with tattoos. He was super sweet with my kids and did a great job helping us. I can’t wait to try the churro doughnuts. Wish I didn’t live so far.

The caramel salted coffee ice cream was the best I’ve ever had. They have small batch homemade cookies made in house. The owner was very friendly and the service was impeccable.

SO FREAKING GOOD! Best gluten free chocolate chip cookie I think i've ever had! Ice cream was super creamy and yummy. Staff was super sweet and attentive and the vibes on the patio are immaculate plus the live music which is awesome! I will definitely be back
