This place is incredible. The Benedicts are the best in Tucson. The Longhorn uses real, thick Hatch Green Chile (not that terrible canned stuff everywhere else uses). New Mexicans would be proud.11/10 Food.

Constant line outside, the entire time we were there, but the service was fast and the food was delicious! If you come early enough, try the Liege waffle.

I just had a disappointing experience at the Baja Cafe on Campbell. We discovered it recently after buying our house about a year ago, and were so happy because the food was good, the prices were right, and they have a dog friendly patio. Today I got the avocado toast which I've had before and enjoyed.. I took a bite or 2 of the toast and it tasted moldy to me, but I thought it could be an odd spice or something. I felt like I could skip the toast anyway, and I ate around it for a while. My husband and I exchanged bites of our choices and I told him the bread tasted funny to me. He took a bite and said it tasted moldy. I ate some of the avocado but it started tasting funny to me as well. When the server came back at the end of the meal (she didn't check in earlier) I told her that it tasted off. She offered another one which I declined.. She went and spoke with the manager and came back and said that they are taking off 1/2 of the cost of my avocado toast.. I feel like this is really bad management. If they had comped my food I probably would've let it go as an isolated incident.

Absolutely perfect service, the food was delicious but be prepared to wait for 30 to 60 minutes.

First morning of our long weekend away we came here based on the recommendation of our friend that is a local. This spot is tucked away in a strip mall but was busy even on a late weekday morning. We were able to get seated immediately inside. They do have patio seating, but it was full. The menu is a little overwhelming. We were happy with our selections though. The food arrived hot and towering! The servings were huge. I ordered the King Kong- layers of crispy potatoes, breakfast meats (the spicy bacon was a little surprise but I loved it), and cheese lots of cheese. My partner selected the Wyatt Earp at the recommendation of our waitress. It was good - there was a lot of textures going on. Maybe a bit too complex for this early in the morning. The snickerdoodle pancake was a bonus because it was our first time to the restaurant. Quite tasty breakfast dessert and we appreciated the hospitality.

Amazing - no need to say anything more! Okay, you are doing yourself a disservice by not have breakfast here.

Wow!! Best breakfast ever!! Best service!!! Never felt rushed though it is a very busy spot. We had the waiter Nick, just such a professional! Every interaction with the staff was absolutely delightful. We ordered bacon for our pup delivered right away (maybe by the owner?!) who gave us a gift for having a rescue pup later! Made my eyes well up! Def a rescue pup supportive spot, so grateful. Never had a reward for taking care of our rescue pup or felt so recognized before! Also loved (and teared up) over the ads up near the bathroom to adopt needy pups! The food: unbelievable!! Sad we cant go every day, since we are just passing through! My husband got the danish cheese waffle thing (omg). I got the Monsoon. So glad we decided to wait and put off getting back on the road, as we left feeling so nourished and ready to continue our across country trip!!

I've been to Baja a few times now and it never disappoints! My favorite has to be their huge pancakes, which have fun and unique flavors and are very filling! I usually opt for outdoor seating, which they usually offer all day, so I can bring my pup with me. Service is always quick and staff are always nice, and will bring out water for my pup without me even having to ask! Just a cool space to meet with friends and grab a bite to eat!

After sitting outside for half an hour we finally got seated. Ordered my food which included fried eggs over medium. My eggs weren't even over easy they were raw and runny. The "hollandaise" was Luke warm at best and made the whole plate luke warm at best. This place used to be good. But expecting 20 bucks for food like that? Yall nuts.
