Stopped in here to grab a bit on a Thursday around 1600. It was dead. I originally ordered the smoked chicken wings. They didn't have them. To me a really bad thing the food business. But I also know this isn't the first place that has been out of wings. They should just mark iton their menus. I couldn't decide what I wanted so I asked the server what he likes. He recommended the horseradish brisket sandwich. I ordered that with the coleslaw and a beer. Tickets as 20 bucks before...read full review
Very pleased with the quality of the food and variety of sauces. Servings were fairly priced. We had brisket and chicken/ coleslaw and baked beans. Kitchen and dining area were very clean. Makes me wish they operated in Texas and close to home.

This place is great! We are self-proclaimed BBQ snobs that love Kansas City BBQ and this place is legit!! We had the 3 meat sampler with brisket, chicken and pulled pork and it were excellent. (Especially the brisket!!) The slaw was also excellent along with the smoked gouda cheese tots! Dave the pit master has a great personality to go along with his great culinary skills!
