This is such a great barbecue place! Excellent and friendly customer service with a great atmosphere! We are so happy we stopped in! The brisket is awesome and their famous Barbecue sauce is so tasty!! We will definitely be back!

I do not recommend this place at all. The owners treated a 100% DISABLED RETIRED US ARMY VETERAN terribly. The owners need to know the laws regarding ADA Discrimination. Unfortunately, you are going to learn the laws the hard way.

Last night, my family was supposed to celebrate my birthday with my after a several years apart during this time of year. We all previously dined at Bubb's Grub in the past and had excellent food. I was extremely disappointed with the way that my parents were treated by the owner. Prior to my arrival, my mom and dad were subjected to ridicule, humiliation, and disrespect by the owner because my father, a 100% disabled Army veteran, brought in his thoroughly trained service dog with him into the restaurant. The owner initially told them that they could not bring the service dog into the restaurant. When they indicated that the dog was a service dog, he rolled his eyes at them and placed them in the back of the restaurant. He sternly told them that the dog could only be against the wall and told them that no one wants to look at a service dog when going to the restaurant. My mom pulled him aside and told him that the treatment was unfair and attempted to tell him the laws that protect them. He replied that he is the owner and could do whatever he wanted. My father suffers from several debilitating diseases that effect mobility, PTSD, and memory. My parents waited for me to arrive to the restaurant. My mom was in tears when I arrived. I told them that I did not want to eat my meal at a place that treats our disabled veterans the way my father was treated. Not only was my family embarrassed, we were all very hurt and saddened by the owner's behavior. To the owner of Bubb's Grub, the treatment we experience is in violation of state and federal disability acts. I hope that you all educate yourselves on these important rules and NEVER treat someone like this again. Thank you for ruining our night and thank you for ruining my first birthday with my parents in a few years. For anyone out there that has or knows a disabled person or veteran that you care for, please think twice before dining here.

Awesome place for excellent BBQ and drinks. Fun atmosphere and authentic looking decor. Friendly wait staff and very attentive. My drink was refilled at the perfect time. The food was excellent with a perfect balance of Smokey flavor and spice.

Best ribs in town. Everything was great. Go early. Very amiable owner and even though prices have gone up due to inflation, the food is worth it. I got the full rack of baby backs and took half home. Really cooked well.

Love this place, this is my bench mark for other bbq places to follow. Burnt ends are da bomb. Kathy is a lovely woman and a survivor! Rock on Kathy!

(1) it's hit or miss, 50/50 chance you get juicy brisket or dry brisket. I've come multiple times because everyone has a bad day but for the inflated prices ($60 for a rack of ribs and a 3 meat plate) there needs to be more consistency. (2) I understand food prices are going up because of certain reasons (Thanks Brandon), but when you nickel and dime your customers, you lose them. I wanted to order the three (3) meat plate and wanted three orders of brisket, but was told "sorry can only do two orders of brisket because it's too expensive...". That's for sure, this place is extremely expensive but if I want three orders of brisket, I should be able to order three servings of brisket... put a surcharge for a third brisket fine but to flat out tell a customer no because "iTs ToO eXpEnSiVe" when you're charging an arm and a leg as it is, that's absurd. Who are you to tell me, the customer already paying $60 for a rack of ribs and a three meat plate, I can't have a third serving. (3) This also plays into the "nickel and diming of customers", this place treats their tiny little cups of sauce like gold. They are hesitant to give out any extra sauces for their 50/50 chance of dry brisket...

Food was great, service was great, our waiter was amazing and had a great attitude and sense of humor. Wish I had gotten his name, prices are worth it. Would highly recommend this place if you want good BBQ. Only the s conf place I've ever been where you can cut the brisket with a fork. Definitely going back

A bit out of the way, but worth the trip. Excellent barbeque, excellent sauces, home made sides.

My friend and I decided stop here spur of the moment when driving by. I got the sliced beef brisket sandwich and it's the best I've ever had. Super tender, smoky and delicious.

Okay… I’m not a picky eater but this place wasn’t worth the money AT ALL. Food was mediocre. You get a better deal at Texas Roadhouse. I will say the best thing I had was their Texas Toast and their lighter toned BBQ sauce was delicious. My boyfriend liked their horseradish sauce. People are nice and service is decent. The Mac and cheese was bland and my boyfriend loves prime rib but he didn’t care for this one much. This place just isn’t worth how much they charge.
