I have been going to this Chipotle for 2 years, but tonight I was disappointed. The lady who poured my chicken bowl gave me less chicken than the person in front of me. I asked her to even it out, but she told me that she could not add more chicken unless she charged me for double chicken. Additionally, the chips today were stale. Safe to say I will not be returning to this location.

I just ordered online with a bowl and some chips and my chips were like reallly stale not even the crunch and seem like they have been there for hours you guys definitely need to check your chips freshness

I've been loyal to this location because it's always clean while being quick and efficient with great customer service. Tonight with Guillermo was especially excellent! He and his team provided an incredible experience. Guillermo went above and beyond! I appreciated the awesome service you and your team provided. Thank you for everything. Their card machine was not working properly and I was asked to insert my card twice and they assured me I would not be double-charged. I was charged twice on my account so I am now having to dispute it and it has taken weeks. I just want people to know so they can check their accounts and make sure they weren’t double-charged as well.

Tried to place a pickup order online. Well of course they're having issues processing payments. "Submit order now: pay at store" Okay. Clicking submit simply refreshes the page, and does not submit the order.I tried calling. I cannot get through to a person at the store. It makes me use an automated system to place an order. It asks what kind of salsa I want, I say none. It then proceeds to remove the entire bowl I was ordering. It's an actual joke how unnecessarily complex placing an order for a lousy burrito bowl turned out to be. First and last time trying it out.

Chipotle is usually pretty consistent, but I would definitely recommend going to a location other than this one. I usually order the Carnitas because I'm really sensitive to spice but I asked this time if the chicken had any spice to it and she said no only salt. Obviously, she has no idea what she's talking about. And Small portions, rude staff. Take a few minutes and go to the location on Campbell instead.

We used to go to this Chipotle regularly and the staff was always pretty friendly. Not at all the case the last several times we've come. Went a week ago with a group and when ordering quesadillas for my kids they advised that once they move to the new location across the street quesadillas could only be ordered online (no more walk-in orders for them). Terrible from a customer service standpoint but okay. They also had a sign that said to download/ sign up for their app and "get free guacamole today." My friend did just that and then at the register was told, "no, we're not doing that today." Gave no explanation and refused to honor it. Then I take my kids today and they tell me they won't make the quesadillas; they must be ordered online (even though they haven't moved locations yet). Just said they started that rule early. There were no. other. customers. In the time it took me to sit down and place an order for six people two additional customers came in, ordered, got their food and left. So, I left too and won't be going back. Went to the Grant/Tanque Verde store where they were very happy to make them and started they will always be available for walk-in customers to order. We'll be driving to that one from now on.

Today is 3/5/2023 @ 720 pm while writing this. The food was absolutely not safe to eat. Both my fiancé and i ordered food containing chicken. Both of our meals had raw chicken within. To ensure i didn't get sick i had to through the both meals out to be safe. The ambiance is nonexistent as i will never be back. The lesser issue here is i cannot reach the store to speak to a manager nor can i contact their corporate office to address the issue. This "business" ensures that if you have an issue you simply cannot address it.

Came in with some friends tonight to grab some food & there was one guy working on peoples ordered, could tell he was very stressed and under a lot of pressure so I didn’t give him a hard time. Understandable. Stuff happens. But this girl with blonde hair and had her hair in a braid was very rude & disrespectful. Talking down on her co-worker, treating him very unprofessionally, I was immediately disgusted. When it was time to ring up my order I had already said that I was paying for my friends food, and it was all together she got confused about a side that we had made clear to her wasn’t on the order and she gave us attitude. Will not come here again. Still feel very bad for that poor guy for having to deal with her . I couldn’t have that much patience.

Ring Ring! An engagement?! That would be best case! Actually this is an employee answering his cell phone while ringing up clients during lunch hour on February 6th. I watched for about 5 mins and he is on a cell phone (not work phone) while taking clients. This is just the start to the poor experience at this location. I asked for a kids size chip and was told that was "not allowed" and instead I had to select the large chips (um potion control)? The Broadway (park place) location did it Sunday, no problem. On February 3rd, my company chose this location to cater for lunch. We placed an online order to make it quick. Quick it was, accurate it was not. We ordered quac (and with todays costs) we were charged extra. We paid for extra portion for a few meals and that was not honored. I called and spoke to Fernanda and was basically told "Sorry Charlie" and to go online and fix it. You mean to tell me at $5 extra dollars for barbicoa and $3 for guac for 4 of the 7 bowls we ordered there was nothing you could do? Let me also not forget...not only are you forced into buying big girl chips you have to eat your food with a spoon because they don't have forks. Way to stick it to em Chipotle on Grant!

Came with my friends on a Monday night and had a very unpleasant experience. The girl with blonde hair working was extremely unprofessional, giving another employee a hard time in front of us, and very rude to us. There was a side tortilla out for an online order, and she assumed it was ours. When we told her it wasn’t she rudely insisted it was. Very unprofessional girl who needs to learn manners. Definitely doesn’t belong in customer service.

Ordered on the 6th of January, today's the 30th... they took my order AND MONEY... And the delivery driver calls to tell me the place is closed early. Ok?! Then told I'd receive my refund in 5-10 business days.... nothing!!!! Everything I've tried to call or email someone I'm directed somewhere else. It's a joke. It's like there's not even people who handle things when things go wrong... I'm going to have to go there, and THAT should be fun. It wouldn't have been a problem had I received my refund. I REALLY TRIED TO NOT MAKE THIS A BIG DEAL....Basically they stole from my family. The food is ridiculously priced as is and then your customer service is garbage! Its nonexistent! ??‍♀️

Lady gave me like half a scoop for each bowl and when asked about the portion she said that's what it is. Never been to a Chipotle where they were that skimpy on the portions. Definitely going to a different store when hungry again.

Very quick and helpful! I have a gluten allergy (celiac) they changed all serving spoons out with clean ones, wiped counter tops down, washed their hands, and put on fresh gloves to avoid any cross contamination issues. While on vacation it's difficult to eat out, but y'all know how to take care of everything to make life easier?

The manager and the front line worker with piercings on her face are complete f****** assholes . DoorDash got my order incorrect it was difficult reaching the store by phone so I had to clock out of my shift just to fix my $17 order . Mind you not I ONLY GOT STEAK FOR $17 NO RICE NO BEANS NOTHING . not a double scoop either . Hoping the store would be understand about it but no , the lady with piercings was extremely f****** rude walking away while I was talking to her . Wanted to throw this dry *** steak that she served me in her face but out of respect for her other nice coworkers I didn't want to ruin their Friday . Long story short . FDB and the lazy *** manager
