I have a passion when it comes to BBQ and this truck didnt disappoint! I ordered the loaded brisket Mac n cheese. It was a huge serving of Mac n cheese topped with brisket, ranch, and BBQ sauce. The food is simply delicious and the proportion are big! some of tge vest BBQ I have ever ate. We always look forward to him coming to Red Rock!!

I ordered the brisket combo. The meat is so tender and tasty. The two sides are just as good. I highly recommend stopping and getting some of this great BBQ! Great service as well!!!! I'll definitely become a regular!!!!
