Went here for an early dinner and had a wonderful meal. Both vegetarian calabacitas enchiladas and chimichangas were delicious. The server said the rice and beans were also vegetarian, which were also quite good. Several vegetarian options on the menu were clearly labeled. Sitting outside when it's cool enough is a must--if you can see beyond the screens, you have a view of the mountains. I haven't been here in about 15 years.The prices are rather high, from what I remember!This is a small simple cafe with outdoor seating.I had the strawberry chicken salad which is a favorite, it was good. Served with a sourdough roll that did not taste like it was sourdough.( Hopefully it doesn't hurt my stomach. Had lunch here after a long hike. We got a table outside. Service was good. Our food was quite tasty. The ingredients were so fresh. I had way too many raw mushrooms on my salad and lots of stems of something I couldn't identify on my salad. And the carrot sticks on the side were dry. The bacon bits on my Sonoran dog were a little too crisp for me. Too hard to chew. I couldn't eat them. I loved my prickly pear ice tea.
