Had not been in over a year due to different quality of the food and tried it again and sat at the bar due to not having reservation. ordered an appetizer and had to send it back as it was overcookedCould not get attention or more service to order entrees and had to keep asking the weight staff running around the bar as those ant the bar are too busy making cocktails and talking amongst themselves spoke with the manager and he was very kind to our experience, but will not return True Food Kitchen and other others are way better

Came here for my birthday tonight. First of all, sone of the best service I’ve ever had, Julian absolutely killed the service today & deserves some serious recognition for that. My steak was perfect as well. Atmosphere was nice and comfortable, & smelled really good too. Overall great experience, 5 stars.

Food was prepared poorly and took a very long time. Server was forgetful and didn't bring many items ordered. Manager had poor guest recovery skills and actually used foul language.

From the moment we arrived we were treated wonderfully. Our server, Lllly, was terrific. She checked up on us frequently and even brought my wife a fresh lemonade without even.having to ask for a refill. The food was delicious. I had the filet and shrimp which was perfectly cooked (medium rare) and my wife had a beef tenderloin salad which she loved.

Yesterday's restaurant experience left much to be desired. 1 request I had, a booth, despite several open booths, we were seated in an inconvenient half table, half booth in the far corner, passing multiple available booths along the way. The intentional actions, created an atmosphere of deliberate substandard service. Additionally, despite having a reservation, there were eye rolls and a noticeable delay, with the server disappearing without notifying us, leaving us waiting and unsure of the situation. To add to the frustration, our table was soaked with cleaning wipes, and the menus were placed on the wet surface. These instances collectively gave us a poor dining experience because usually I have great service. It's disheartening when intentional mistreatment becomes a part of the customer experience.

It was a busy time and the first guy who ordered a drink had to wait a while for his drink. Due to it being a busy time, our food took a little longer than usual. The noise in the restaurant made it hard to have a conversation across our large table. Waiter missed at lease one of our coupons applying to the bill.

Overall this is a good place, particularly for meat eaters. When it is crowded the noise level can be high. I ordered the Tomahawk pork chop and asked that it not be well done. Unfortunately it was so dry I couldn't cut it. I asked for it to be redone, as I had specified that it not be well done when I ordered it. Th e waiter had it redone and it was much better but I ended up eating after my dining partners were done.

Our meal was excellent from the drinks, Bloody Mary and Cabernet Sauvignon to the desert, Carrot Cake, warmed with cream cheese frosting and a wonderful caramel sauce that I could just eat with a spoon. Our entree, the Salmon was cooked perfectly and the ice cold Caesar salad was the perfect complement. Our server was terrific, checking in often but not hovering which I always appreciate. This is one of our favorite restaurants so definitely will be back.

Not a good experience and will not go again. Ordered ribeye, it arrived and was inedible... all gristle. They replaced the ribeye with fillet mignon but by the time it arrived my partner's meal was cold, so the night was ruined. We won't be going back to firebirds?

Filet was perfectly prepared, medium rare. Natalie, our server, was very attentive despite the restaurant being full of customers. Wine selection, La Crema and J. Lohr, were perfect with the steak and salad orders. Natalie should be recognized by management for her outstanding customer service and pleasant attitude. It was an enjoyable evening to celebrate a birthday.

We had a wonderful time dining at Firebirds. We had Natalie and she was a fantastic server! We were there to catch up so we chose firebird for a cozy experience on a rainy day. Natalie respected our space yet was always there when we needed her. She was funny and we had a great time chatting with her while she made sure we had a great experience. Next time we are in we will make sure to request her and sit in her section! Thank you Natalie for taking such good care of us! We appreciate you!

I indicated that it was my husband's birthday when I made the reservation and asked for a little piece of cake with a candle. The server didn't mention it and didn't bring it after the meal. I was disappointed, but I didn't want to mention it in front of my husband.
