Used the drive up to get a Concrete at 9pm on a Saturday. Pull up and pay the young woman. Wait 5 minutes. Big blonde guy hands me a big bag and says 'here's your burgers, we are just waiting on your custards.' I explained I did not order burgers, just a Concrete. He takes the burgers back and looks confused. Three minutes later, the young woman hands me my Concrete. What's going on at this location?

The sign in the drive thru said to download the app and receive either a burger or milkshake(?) For free. But what the sign didn't say was you have to wait 24 hours before you can receive the freebie!!
