Yum! She had a scoop of Gianduia; I had a scoop each of Banana and Espresso. All delicious!One critique: The server inadvertently grabbed a spoon from a cup marked ‘DIRTY’ — the cup provided for customers to dispose of their used spoons after sampling flavors — and plopped it in my cup. I pointed out the error and of course he immediately set the cup aside and prepared me a new cup. What can I say, the best gelato I've had, the gelato always fresh and looks like a picture, many flavors to choose from, they even have sugar free options. I've been a fan for years, haven't found a better place yet.

Went to the LaEncantata location this evening, super sweet, polite young lady, Amanda helped my boyfriend and I. We love going to Frost but early the in the resent past have had a few moody employees. Looks like they have some new employees that seems be happy and care. It is also a treat and sooooo yummy! Best in Tucson!
