We found this restaurant from Guy’s DDD website. It lived up to its billing. The food and service was excellent. The roasted corn nuts were tasty and a great way to kick off the dining experience. The Jalea de Mariscos was excellent. The white fish was not heavily breaded and the breading on the shrimp and calamari was lite and tasty. The seafood was cooked perfectly. The Seco de Carne was a fall off the fork tender rendition of a beef roast that was well seasoned but not hot or spicy. The jasmine rice was favorable and perfectly cooked. The servers were very friendly and attentive. We will definitely revisit this restaurant the next time we are in Tucson.

We placed an order for take out last week. When I showed up to pick up the order, an employee told me that they had to cancel one of the entrees we ordered but not to worry, that it was already refunded. We were not offered any explanation for this or offered a chance to order anything in place of it.We were also never refunded. We were disappointed in the quality of the ceviche, but the other dish we ordered was good.

We never had Peruvian food and were happily surprised. Our food was well prepared but the stand out was the service by Monika. She's a gem of an employee. You can tell she loves her job. Nice place for a Saturday night dinner with good friends.

Absolutely an amazing dining experience. Hubby had ceviche, I had Seco de carne con frejoles. Tantalizing for taste buds. This restaurant is a MUST for anyone wanting a unique Peruvian meal. 10 stars?

Our party of four enjoyed excellent flavors of the food served at lunch today. For example, the rice in my arroz con mariscos was perfectly cooked and most flavorful, however, the seafood was unfortunately way overcooked. We were disappointed that the one menu available covering both lunch and dinner, has far less variety than the menus shown on-line. Ambience is colorful and welcoming. Service was enthusiastic and friendly. Outside seating is available. We will return, especially when the menu is expanded, which is supposedly in process. I recommend diners go and have a taste for themselves.

Phenomenal! The beef was tender and flavorful, the famous peruvian fries were exceptional with the peas and green beans in the delicious peruvian sauce and the rice was perfect...my lunch mates cold yellow potatoe and chicken salad dish was also the best I've ever had!

Inca’s Peruvian catered a birthday party for 30 people in our home in Feb 2024. This was the second time we used their catering service. The food and service were outstanding and the cost seemed reasonable. We enthusiastically give Inca’s a 5-star recommendation. The first helpers arrived with the appetizers just before our guests arrived. After placing bowls of Peruvian roasted corn nuts around the room for the first arrivals to enjoy, they set the table with a beautiful display of Causa Rellena, yellow potato cakes stuffed with veggies, and Yuquitas, slices of fried yucca root, accompanied by dipping sauces, all in pretty pottery dishes. Both of these delicious vegetarian and gluten-free appetizers drew raves from our guests.About 30 minutes later, the second team, including amiable restaurant owner Fatima Campos, arrived with hot entrées: Arroz con Mariscos, the Peruvian version of paella, red rice mixed with peppers, tomatoes, and generous amounts of shrimp, mussels, calamari and other seafood (also gluten-free), and Ají de Gallina, strands of pulled chicken breast served over sliced boiled potatoes in a lemony garlic sauce, with jasmine rice on the side. Inca’s team stayed through dessert (we made flan and chocolate birthday cake), though they helped set it up and serve it. We hadn’t anticipated that they would do that or that they would circulate and help pick up used plates and glasses but they did. Before they left, they straightened up the kitchen and left us beautifully packaged leftovers. The photo is the appetizer table in my home after the guests have begun to dig in.

Been coming to this restaurant for a few years. Food is delicious but they cut the portions. I wasn’t even full after my delicious chicken dish. There was hardly any chicken.

Visited this restaurant at around 7:00pm. It took the waiter (white, middle age male) about 15 mins to take my order. The first words out of his mouth were, “you came at a busy time”.I asked for the restroom, and he pointed over to the restroom without a word. The food was OK, I ordered the Ceviche, it was mediocre, at best. The waiter was more concerned with waiting on the tables outside. Terrible service all together.I would not return or recommend this to a friend. The name on the receipt was “Douglas”.

I wish I could have tried the food, but apparently they don't actually close at 8 PM, they close when their servers decide it's time. I showed up late to be sure; 7:50. Plenty of people still sitting inside and out on the patio. I was told that they close at 8, I looked at my phone and showed it to the server. She promptly told me that all I can get was take out. I wouldn't have minded that, but then she began to rattle off what else I couldn't get from the menu. So I told her she clearly didn't want to take my money or provide the service and walked next door to the Thai restaurant.I guess they have really good food and get enough business to allow them to turn away customers. I come to Tucson with a team frequently for work. I usually recommend Guadalajara to my fellow travelers, and I wanted to scout this place out before I recommended we drive up the hill. Our normal bills are around $35-50 per person X 4-6 people. We all tip 20% or better. That's $170-300 plus tip you will not be getting from me and my team.

The service was very slow. We asked for green sauce but never got it. While the food was good, the portions were quite small. when we wanted to order another dish, the waiter said it would take a long time, so we left. Very disappointing.
