This is the worst experience that I've had at a McDonald's in a long time my sandwich wrong drink watered down lock the bathrooms because they hate homeless people ? not impressed you can't even use the machines to make your order. Is the stupid robot machines this is the problem.
I will say, in the last few months things had been questionable.But tonight 02/23/24 the service was impeccable.Nikki and Ivan were spot on. Our orders were out fast and with a friendly faceI have literally avoided this McDonald's as much as possible even tho I only live a 3 minute drive away. After our experience tonight we'll no longer have to drive out of our way. Can't wait to visit this location again!

The food is mediocre and the service is bad. I went there one day and ordered some food and then asked to use the restroom and because I looked homeless they told me that their restroom was out of order. But as I sat there and ate my food I watched as other customers went in and came out of both the men's and female's restroom.
