Skies cleared after a light rain and we noticed an enormous shimmering rainbow over the Catalina mountains. Think the end of it must have landed on Paco’s roof? Ordered shredded chicken and beef taco plates and we were not disappointed. Tender chicken and beef, light crisp shells and perfectly seasoned rice and beans made our dinner complete. This restaurant is crystal clean and the staff is super friendly too. Thank you for a fantastic meal. We’ll be back..
