Papa Johns is pretty good... HOWEVER... within the last 5-6 years or so it seems as though something changed.. and idk if it's the cheese or dough.. I can't quite put my finger on it so to speak, but it seems to be different than it used to be. In the beginning of our Papa Johns Journey you could tell that you were ordering some near gourmet food which made it more acceptable to spend the extra money vs. frozen pizza or other restaurants. I set up my order online for pickup. Due to dietary restrictions I requested no cheese which I know is not a common request. A few minutes after submitting the order I received a call from this location confirming if I indeed did not want cheese. It was great to receive this level of customer service. With a simple call this location will now have me a regular return customer.
