Food was good, server chris was rude, forgot to take half of the tables drink orders, rushed us through our dinner. At the end of the meal he told us to only tip cash so he didnt have to pay taxes on it.

We had a good dinner here. The food is delicious. Unfortunately our waiter Chris S made us feel like we were a bother and it ruined what would have been a wonderful experience. He was rude and rushed us through dinner. There were many tables empty and we couldn’t figure out why he wanted to turn the table. Probably some of the worst service we’ve ever had.

Glad we made a reservation because it was packed. By 8pm I would have expected a little more relaxed and less chaos that has us waiting long times to talk to a server. The atmosphere was beautiful and the food was very good. Were bummed that by the time they took our order they were out of bread for our table. Nice wine selection, easy parking. I will definitely go back, but I will try to go at an off time of the week and day so that it can be a more relaxing experience.

My family has been eating here for over a decade and we have never experienced such terrible customer service as we did tonight. The server Peter and Flavoa (older lady with short brown hair) we’re the rudest employees I’ve ever meet. For a establishment that’s supposed to be high class, the service from these two make me never want to come back and stop recommending it to friends. Flavoa was rude over the phone taking my order, I asked for extra sauce and bread and was ignored and hung up on. When my food was ready the “extra” sauce on the dish i asked for was way less than what I get when I sit down and eat. I order the exact same dish from here every-time. Peter INSIST that he put extra himself and forced me pay for the extra sauce I asked for originally. A whopping $5. After telling me on the phone it was $3 and tax was only .24 he couldn’t explain to me where the extra dollar came from. I know nothing will be done with these two, but at least people are warned. EDIT: after confronting Peter about the price change he proceeds to rudely ask me “if I want a $1” I said sure since he wanted to be rude and he then ask if I had change for a $50 trying to imply that I didn’t have any money. I told him they should have change and shouldn’t ask me that considering they are the restaurant. Another 3 minutes of waiting and Peter asking 5 other waiters they finally gave me the $1.
