I've been waiting over 35 minutes for my pick up order. Still waiting actually. Absolutely ridiculous. And have been inside to talk to a manager. And multiple workers. Now I'm late to pick up my son cause of course they couldn't just cancel the order to let me shop it myself. BS awful customer service.

Went to this store yesterday with my friend to pick up a few items for a holiday party. I dislike the self check out so we went thru Melanie's line and she was fast, funny and very friendly. Shout out to Melanie for making our shopping experience pleasant.

I've spent well over $100,000 at Safeway when they were a grocery store. Executive management expansion into the Casino and Used Car markets have turned each purchase into a haggling match over discounts that may or may not provide. I don't buy groceries from a Casino or a Used Car dealer.

Came for basic stuff.. milk, pasta, bread. Couldn't find a brand of milk so I searched for someone to help. I made eye contact with a worker with a black apron and brown straight hair and said "excuse me mam" 3 times and was completely ignored. She just walked past and pushed some carts into the back. I laughed it off and thought, she must be really busy! And searched for another worker to help. I find another one, black apron curly black hair and again say "excuse me mam... mam?" And she says, "I'm off man what do you want!?" The aggression took me back a bit, I had no way of knowing she was off work. I said "never mind, forget it." She says "what do you want??" I say, "don't worry about it." I decided to just set down everything I grabbed and leave the store.

I would 100% recommend a different location. This location has staff that are not helpful and will accuse you of stealing and theft. The customer service is extremely poor and they show no empathy towards their customers. It is very frustrating to deal with such unprofessional behavior. . The overall experience at this location is disappointing and I would strongly advise finding an alternative.

What a rip off - advertise 99 cent Powerades when you buy 5 up to 4 times but then jump to $3.49 - no one mentioned it so grossly overpaid - you can buy unlimited for $1 at Frys - never coming back here

I usually don't have any complaints about Safeway until today ..... I went bought bacon bits to put them in my salad, when I opened the bag it was a solid brick of mold.

Produce is overpriced and most is already wilted, slimey or otherwise rotting. Pharmacy techs are rude and don't understand Covid is airborne, no mask but complain about touching my phone to get GoodRx info, which she could have gotten by me zooming in an holding it up for her but her impatience wouldn't allow for me to do that. Never coming back here!

Why the heck would they put the self check out for 10 items or less? I thought it was just SELF CHECKOUT. Especially when they only have 2 more lines open and one doesn't have a cashier while the self checkout is empty. So inconvenient, I always did self check out here and all of a sudden it's "10 items or less". If you're gonna do that at least make sure you have more lines open to checkout, I didn't plan to spend my entire day waiting to buy my groceries.

Very pleased with this location. It was a classic Safeway. I've seen many in my day, so I feel I can compare this location. It has everything you need. It's clean and the parking was plentiful. While doing the self checkout the guy managing the area was very nice and friendly. No issues here.

My college age daughter shops here because it's close to campus. She was approached today by a man who asked her name and wanted her to go with him to another location. She declined and after he left she continued to watch his behavior. He seemed to not have a reason to be in the store and was wondering around without a cart. After she called me, I called the store manager and was put on hold and hung up on two times. The third time, I expressed how upset I was and was assured that Susie the customer service manager would talk to me. When I expressed to her how upset I was about being put on hold and hung up on, she brushed over it and blankly stated "how can I help you". After telling her about the person that was roaming her store talking to young ladies she said she'd talk to the security guard about it. I have lost complete faith that this store cares or would potentially do anything to address the situation. This goes beyond bad customer service, this store is dangerously neglectful of it's customers.

I tried the "drive up and go" service yesterday, but after paying online, all of the items were out of stock. The brightest spot of my day was Danny, the in-store shopper, who went out of his way to try to find replacement items for me after re-checking the stockroom. He was an absolute pleasure to work with, in spite of the fact that I was a real b**** about it at first! (Hey, it's not easy to sit at home and have other people run around doing what you are too lazy to do yourself...for free‍). Because of him, I will keep shopping at that location, in spite of the never-ending construction on Broadway. I will, however, be paying cash and using a different name... ;-)
