Ordered online and got the wrong bread and an extremely messy sandwich with avocado all the over the place, I call the ask if they’re out of that bread and If not could I get a replacement sandwhich. I come in and the manager has me show a picture and tells Montana to remake it for me and with everything and another cookie, he’s remaking the Sandwhich while looking at the receipt and adds tomato even though there’s no tomato, doesn’t give me more avacado said it will cost extra, doesn’t give me another cookie and when I still say thank he gives me an ugly look and hands me the Sandwhich. Super unprofessional teenager. Also wasn’t wearing a hairnet but had long curly hair.

I was PHYSICALLY ATTACKED from behind by a worker here by the name of Montana on 06/02/2023 The pain from the injuries I sustain is unbearable He broke my hand and I have several scrapes on my body he asked me to get up and move from my seat which is difficult as it is because I have a leg amputation I asked him what for what?he said because he needed to clean the table which I replied with are you guys closing he said no we close at 10pm it was no later than 7pm. DO NOT GO HERE

This review is about the little s*** with green and black hair and the stupid septum piercing. I walk in and wasn't greeted at all. Get to the beginning of the line and the kid is rubbing his hair and face prior to grabbing bread. Doesn't change gloves. Still hasn't said anything so I start to order when I assume the stare is an acknowledgment of my existence.. When I ask to make a small substitution he can finally speak! Says in a little sad voice "no." Wth?! Sorry your job is hard little one. First location to not allow this and all cause he wanted to have a shitty attitude. Thanks subway!

AMBER R WAS SO RUDE ! I will never be back too this location, she was so unprofessional &” just looked miserable to be at work . She treats her employees like children I really hated my experience here I hope Subway really re thinks who they put in management because she definitely has no clue how to treat people with respect or decency.

They wouldn’t honor a deal they have online in the website. I wanted the sub of the day for $6 and they charged me $10 per sub. The employees were extremely rude. If I would of known I was gona pay full price I would of gotten the Italian BMT which is the sub I actually like. The manager was dismissive and wouldn’t even take the time to acknowledge my issue. Horrible customer service. all employees have terrible attitudes. The location was dirty. they’ve just lost $100’s of dollars from a returning customer over a $6 discount they could of given me atleast a little smile or professionalism.
