Fresh sashimi and sushi rolls with fantastic options and incredibly tasty but very small pieces of fish - 2 very small thin pieces for Nigiri at $8.00 each and on rolls very little fish and a lot of rice on everything!I get rising food costs but I didn’t feel like the value was there, but very clean and organized which is important to me and service was great!!!Owner is behind the sushi bar making sushi which is fun!

Great service and amazing authentic sushi.Usually a special every month so you can try something different. Great concept. Give it a try and see what you think! Truly authentic Japanese cuisine. They also have different soups, salads, teriyaki chicken wings,a chicken cutlet with curry gravy, and many other traditional Japanese meals. Check out the menu on line and you will see how diverse the menu is.Try the coconut Saki and carbonated Saki you won't be disappointed!Vegetarian options: The menu is not divided into vegetarian and non vegetarian sections. But there are vegetarian options. If you want they will make you something unique just for you!Dietary restrictions: They will make you a custom meal if you ask. Very accommodating.Kid-friendliness: Great place for kids. They welcome children.

Smiles all around. The bento box with teriyaki chicken was delicious and well plated. The nagiri was perfect temperature and the miso soup was a text book example.

Needed my Tampopo fix. Hadn’t been here in a while. Warm and welcoming environment, well maintained. The food is beautifully presented, absolutely delicious. This visit was for the soup, but the sushi is also outstanding.

Best sushi in Tucson! Gotta enjoy the Are you killing Me roll if you enjoy spicy hot food. I dare you to order it Jack's style, best have some water or saki nearby though.

Sushi Zona is my go to spot in Tucson for sushi. Great selection of rolls and the quality is consistent. Chef is very kind and staff is friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend! Also - don’t sleep on the Tonkotsu Ramen, or the hiyashi chuka (on their summer menu).

Ordered sushi&sashimi boat to go. 2 (tuna and another) out of 4 types of sashimis were not fresh and smelly to the point that I stopped having after the first piece. Had high hopes with the great google reviews but was very disappointed.

I decided on sushi for lunch. Was in a different part of town so I Yelp'ed it. This place popped up with good reviews.I ordered the deluxe Bento box. The tempura was hot and crisp. The soup was great too. The sushi and sashimi was so fresh. This may be the best fish I've had in Tucson. The service was quick and responsive. Took my order quickly and food arrived quickly too. They dropped off my check before I was finished so I didn't have to flag them down later. When I am back in this part of town, I will definitely be back. You should try it too.

Cute little sushi place! The staff were warm and welcoming, with very attentive service. Sushi rolls and sashimi was really good (nice, thick and good quality tuna sashimi). The shrimp shumai was also delicious, with a little side of HOT mustard. The mustard is pretty potent but amazing paired with the shumai. I even tried a little with the tuna and it was a nice combo too!Would definitely recommend. Very clean and very quick service. The prices were very good for sushi as well.

I keep trying and trying to give this place a chance and sushi zona can't deliver! Service is bad, owner looks unhappy, sushi is below my standards and they even charged me for a slice of lemon for my Diet Coke lol! Today will be the last time I ever go there again! Word of mouth goes a long way!

We ordered Deluxe Bento and Triple Crown Bento. The nigiri sushi’s bottom rice part was too dense for me; I prefer fluffy, light rice that isn't so packed together. But overall we like it and will come back again.
