If you visit Tucson and want Mexican food this is the place. Very good flavor. The vegetables and sauces are delicious. I loved those giant radishes and the little onions. Highly recommended. I went twice during my stay. Tucson was worth visiting. Incredible views and very polite people.
As good as you can get for the Tucson Sonora Dog Community. I have always wanted to come here, but so busy and often I forget. The parking lot is only accessible from the steep East side of the location, don't be shy getting in or out. Came here for a quick bite while working on a project and they mentioned El Nene and I jumped at the chance. We arrived just as they were opening, so we beat the rush. Very good food, has a fair amount of capsaicin (jalapeno chemical) being used but if someone can order for those with allergies, the plain hot dog is GREAT! Definitely worth the awkwardness of standing a few feet away to look at the menu.
