my husband and i love texas roadhouse but this location is just not it. our server was never to be seen after taking our order. luckily the bartender was a doll and came over to our table to see if we needed more rolls, refresh drinks and take care of us. our food was also really bad. over half of the pulled pork was fat and hardly any meat. only giving 2 stars for the rolls and the bartender that helped us.

I was impressed with the steak we ordered they were made perfect tasted absolutely delicious along with our sides the only thing that was not so good was one of the drinks but she reimbursed us so the trip was great.

Great place to have awesome steak and listen to country music. Military discounts. Friendly waiters and waitresses and a manager that walks around to talk to customers. Sweet teas have 4 choices to include regular, raspberry, mango and peach. Be prepared for at least a 30 min wait to be seated and another 30 mins for food, but it's worth it.
Only reason for not giving it a 5 star. Being promised a brownie for my birthday 3/17 and after paying with card while waiting. The waitress seen the tip on the card and decided to have us wait over 20 min after our food was boxed to bring us over the reciept not realized we had a $20 in cash for her and seeing the guilt flush over her was enough.. knowing she canceled the brownie order...
Both time i’ve been to texas roadhouse have been HORRIBLE experiences the managers are horrible and don’t even try to help the situation.The first time the hostess izzy was so rude to me and an older couple that i almost walked out then we talked to the manager and he did absolutely nothing! The second time we told our server Samantha that we’d be all on separate checks multiple times… and someone in my party was paying with a gift card ( which was her mothers and she was not supposed to use the whole thing) and she ran it for the whole party maybe we would have been understanding if she didn’t try to blame it on us instead of owning up for her mistake she told us she asked if it would be separate and we assured her we told her it was. When the manager was brought over he was NO HELP once again he explained the situation on how to pay to us wrong and didn’t even try to help with a refund to our friend who had to buy a new gift card and was completely rude. We will never be attending this establishment ever again and if you do be sure to talk extremely slow so they can understand you !

They burnt my hamburger when I asked for it medium. We paid with a credit card and the bartender chased me to the door to sign it and made me walk back with him only for him to see that I was right and didn't need to sign it.
