I didn't make reservations, but the hostess kindly saved a table in the bar for us when we called 15 minutes ahead. The server in the bar area was a pro. I missed his name, but kudos to a job well done. His recommendation of the salmon was spot on. I will definitely be back, with reservations this time.

Came here for dinner and it did not disappoint. Amongst our group we ordered the branzino dinner special, grilled beef tenderloin, and linguini with salmon. Everyone was very pleased with their choice. The fish and beef were all cooked to perfection. We ate at the bar and the service was great. Seems like a place where you should make reservations regardless of the day of the week or time of the year but I understand why. This place is a gem.

I came on vacation and met my family. Great wine, food and atmosphere. We spent 3 1/2 hours enjoying ourselves. Crab stuffed chicken is to die for.

We went on my birthday! Everything was good. The only thing was that my husband accidentally got something slightly different than what he ordered, but he decided to stick to it. The server was apologetic and polite about it, and we got a couple of free desserts. A candle was put on each of them for my birthday, so that was pretty neat. Overall, it was a good experience.Parking: You can either park or pay for valet parking.

Vivace is one of the best restaurants and all of Tucson! The service is always excellent, the patio is my favorite ❤️ my daughter and I had a lovely dinner there the other evening. One of the primary things I find so delightful is the atmosphere, including the guests. One of the only restaurants I can think of in recent times, where, absolutely no one is on their phone, quiet, muffled conversations can be heard, but yet not so loudly that it’s disturbing. All of the beautiful birds can still be heard all around the patio. It’s absolutely sublime. The food of course is second to none. Truly authentic Italian food. Five star experience all the way. Also Hass to be mentioned that they make the best cappuccino. I have had literally anywhere on earth! Absolute perfection.

Excellent service. Good value, notably on wine. Large portions. But food could have had more zippy flavor and sizzle. Pleasant ambiance and well spaced tables, but volume increased progressively from 6:30 to 8:30.

Three of the 4 meals that were ordered were fine. The order of the veggi burger was more than terrible. It was dry, tasteless and the bread beneath it was extremely hard. We expected more from Vivache's. We have never had a bad meal there. Someone in the kitchen needs to learn how to cook a veggi burger. I wish could have said something but since we brought our friends with us to celebrate two birthdays, we didn't want to upset them.

Our party of four decided to dine at Vivace based on the excellent reviews from other diners on Open Table and TripAdvisor. We had a great experience. Our waiter, Thomas, was excellent. He was attentive, knowledgeable and gave us great recommendations on wine and food. The veal piccata and red snapper were excellent. We're looking forward to returning during our next visit to Tucson.
