You will be greeted in a prompt and friendly manner. The food is magnificent and priced right. The service the last few times was impeccable but tonight was not up to their usual par. Monday 03/11/24, it seemed they had no one bussing tables and this kept the servers and other personnel that were supposed to be helping customers, bussing tables. Dietary restrictions: I have multiple dietary issues & the staff at Zona 78 are always up front regarding the cooking process & spice contents. The gentleman I dine with is disabled & the staff ALWAYS remembers his special needs, & treat him with total respect & understanding. The food is excellent & over several years of dining regularly at Zona 78, every meal has been 5*

Disappointed with our meals. Everything came out cold. My husband was ? forward to eat the rigatoni, the portion was small, and the pasta itself was small. It didn't used to be that way.
