“We went to the store at Camelback & Dysart in Litchfield Park. We had a great experience and it was due to the shift lead, Latonya. She was so awesome! She greeted us and took my mom’s order. My mom wanted her burger as a lettuce wrap and Latonya made a point to let her know that my mom could order any burger as a lettuce wrap. Latonya verified that she got my mom’s older absolutely correct, even making sure the French fries in her order were unsalted! When she even let my mom know that she could order a small combo meal with a medium order of fries.Latonya has wonderful customer service skills. She’s polite, she pays attention to detail, and she’s patient. What a wonder gem you have in Latonya. From now on when we’re in the mood for Car’s Jr burger, we’ll be going to this location because of the great customer service that we received from Latonya.“
“This location has an excellent staff in all places! When it’s busy they have someone directing traffic so it is not complete chaos outside of the restaurant. Food was delicious and even though there was a wait, the employees knew how to handle the rush.“

“Best wings in the area. They're always cooked perfect, big and flavorful. They have so many options for flavors for both the wings and fries. Their mango habenero and spicy seasoned fries are my favorites and they pack a punch. “The food is delicious. The man who makes it is very personable and friendly. He made our food fresh. We are very happy to have good, fresh Indian food nearby. I don’t understand why there aren’t more people buying this delicious food. The level of spice was medium. He didn’t ask me what level of spice I wanted and I forgot to ask. It might have been too spicy for some people, but I’m Mexican and I’m used to spicy food. Three adult women and three toddler girls ate and we had lots of leftovers. I had pulled up literally in my truck with my friend co-worker and asked if the time making the food would be long due to our 30-minute lunch. The person we asked, we thought, was just a server. Well, they said no. She allowed us to order as soon as we walked up to pay bam, and our food was freshly made. I'm going to tell you all this was the most best customer service I've ever had in my entire life. Wow!!! Now the food OM Gooood, we order Sonora hot dogs with fries. My mouth is watering now just thinking about the food. The hot dog was delicious, so delicious. The topping they had for you to choose was amazing there off to the side so you can put what you want and how. The cheese to put on your fries like nacho cheese omg!!! “Cafe Zupas is the best! There are nights when we don't want to cook, but maybe because we're budgeting we don't want to go out to a restaurant. “I was pretty shocked to see a zero degrees in Arizona especially since I moved from California so this was a nice surprise. It's in a busy plaza with other restaurants but there's plenty of parking. I usually get the jasmine milk tea which is my drink of choice but I saw that they had a new rising Phoenix oolong milk tea so I sampled it and loved it! I've been ordering it ever since. Oolong can be bitter but it is not too sweet or too bitter it's just right! They also sell food here and I've tried the popcorn chicken with rice and corn and you get to choose the sides depending on the entree and it's really good. Their popcorn chicken is bomb - chicken is moist and good seasoning. There's a bunch of other things on the menu like elote and slushee drinks that I see other people order so I might have to try that next time!“

The spaghetti is so good and the bread is just perfectly baked, but it’s because the restaurant is very clean and the owner who waited on me both times is very clean. Not only does he wash his hands each time before he gets your food ready but he also wears gloves. I’m a bit of a germ Freak and it’s just so nice to see people like that.
