Stood in line for about 5 minutes waiting to order, no one ahead of me, Dining room had 2 people inside, drive-thru had 3 cars. Two people behind me left without ordering. Receipt says order was placed at 1:30PM. Around 1:40PM, noticed staff was eating up front, not even trying to hide it. 1:45PM, walked up to counter and noticed all my food was sitting in a bag, getting cold. I asked the employee about my order, he said they were waiting on the 5pc nuggets for the kids meal. 1:50PM, order was finally finished, and side was wrong on kids meal. Hands down the worst experience in any food establishment.

Went in for 25 chicken strips. I found out you have to buy different amounts they have advertised to equal near 25. KFC you need a button on the register for one chicken strip and then a multiplier. The chicken was great!

It was the worst KFC I have ever had, got a milkshake from the AW it was like chocolate milk gross, was not thick like a milk shake should be. The chicken tenders were not cooked all the way, the potatoes were very watery would not recommend going there!!!!!!

The cashier is NOT friendly, helpful, or nice!!!!!The ONLY reason we go is to get a root beer ? float for our friend in assisted living!!Also. The pieces of chicken have gotten SO small, thar the legs are almost thesize of a wing!!!

The A&W also shares their location with Kentucky fried chicken. The sign said new fries and tenders however when we got home was disappointed to see that nothing was new but used. The fries weren’t fresh and the staff used KFC fries. Burgers were cold as well. Not a good experience.

Food was great, dinning room was pretty clean. Main issue at this location is the micromanagement of napkins and condiments.The soda machine sprayed all over my hand; I had to go to the counter to ask for napkins.I'll probably be back when I really want a particular treat; but I'll frequent another burger place with a less controlling feel first.
Food is good and well priced. Bathrooms are clean and well kept. Service could be faster but I feel the delay is a staple of KFC ?

On my road-trip back home and I see an A&W ! I was so hopeful but it was not a true experience. My root beer was mostly fluff and barely any ice cream. They charge for sauce AND KETCHUP! What’s this Europe?! After spending over $50 the man threw me a a few just so I could go. Not a real A &W

Love the cheese curds...also got me a biscuit...What happened to them??? I remember when they were big, this biscuit was literally just 2 bites..half the size I remember them being...Did they downsize the biscuit, or did they just not raise during cooking correctly...either way it was a disappointment. But if you like cheese curds, this is the place is where it's at

For years we've come here on our way to California and it's been the one nice thing about the drive. Unfortunately, this year wasn't so great. The burger that I absolutely loved last year, was bland and unattractive this year. I "did" really enjoy the Root Beer though.
