I ordered Uber from my cousins house. I ordered a bowl and a two entre plate consisting of Walnut shrimp, mushroom chicken, and teriyaki chicken with chow mein noodles. There was nothing missing, and everything tasted great.
Not impressed with this store. We asked for rice and noodles along with orange chicken and said we were willing to pay the cost of 2 entrees and one side. Nope. I had to settle for a small amount of each in a bowl, and the meat portion was one tiny scoop. So the majority of almost $9 per bowl was rice with one noodles and a small scoop of chicken. The time waiting to pay was ridiculous. Two people for two registers one chitchatting with different people including an employee who was leaving. The other person was incredibly slow.
My order was white rice, orange chicken, and teriyaki chicken. I get to my seat open my meal at home and this is what I've received. Now let's be honest here, these associates asked me more about donating all my money for the Phoenix children's hospital, when all of our tax money already goes there, and now they want more money. Yet they are so focused on that, that they don't even pay attention to you or what you're ordering apparently. This is just careless. Missing a complete side on my plate is just absurd. Grow up and pay attention. Yet we all wonder why this world is failing, it's people like this. Have a great day working at fast food!
