Went to Target on way out stop at Starbucks 2nd in line . Order my drinks takes 10 minutes to receive order after 6 people behind me in line receive there order uncalled for.

Drive thru order .. Service is almost always great sob5 stars .. For some reason the food, the cheese danish was a miss for me today .. This particular SB is just behind the hotel I'm staying in, so the danish should've still been warm when I sat down in the hotel lobby to enjoy .. but it just wasn't .. I was very please that they opened so early .. probably 4:30AM, because I was in line before 5AM .. Thank you to the Team members who made that happen .. no pics this time sorry .. Location in Yuma AZ, across from a Big Bear Breakfast restaurant .. Not certain about the name ..

on 12/6/23 i witnessed a Starbucks employee at this location abuse an older gentleman. The Starbucks employee was yelling, using abusive language and being an idiot. They called the cops and I'm sure they made the older gentleman look like the bad guy. Hopefully the manager will read this take appropriate action.

Normally this place has very professional and conscientious staff, however on occasion they have a crew that is atrocious. Today 12/6/23, they had the morning crew that is horrible. Starbucks must be struggling to staff their crews with competent workers. Hopefully the store manager will see this and take some action to resolve the incompetence with this crew.
When your customer asks for real honey in their tea and you put the honey blend in instead, you deserve a bad review.

It's 852pm. Starbucks closes at 1030pm. Doors are locked. Drive thru is taking over 20 minutes for 4 cars. I'll be late to work, not a big deal but still an issue. They shouldn't be closing doors HOURS before actual closing time because it's convenient to them. Also taking forever for drive thru orders of 4 cars should not take 20 minutes. Lazy employees. Idk who runs this particular store but corporate needs to make a visit and start firing.
