Did a large order for pick up for 14 people and did not receive the 2 dozen cookies that were also ordered and paid for. They will not answer the phone!!! Bad service!

I’ve been to Subway a couple times and each time the store doesn’t allow paying with a bank card or a gift card! I don’t usually carry cash! I’ve walked out, this is disappointing, when is this situation going to change?

I don't recommend using their online app. The young workers here cannot read or understand directions. We ordered thru the app and put instructions on the order. They didn't understand the simple directions. They also didn't add the drink and chips we ordered, but we got charged for them. When we tried to call the store, they wouldn't answer the phone. I called several times the next day, but they never answered the phone. We contacted corporate and they had the district manager contact us. Then he had the store manager call us. She was not apologetic for the errors, blaming us for all the errors. She said it was our fault we didn't ask for the drink cup and pick out the bag of chips, even though it was an app order that they were supposed to have ready for pick up. She will give us our refund, but we have to drive all the way over there to get it, instead of her refunding it back to our credit card.We cannot recommend this Subway and DO NOT use the online app, as they can't understand simple instructions. They make no apologies for their mistakes.

The workers were extremely passive aggressive, they didn't accommodate my needs when the worker got what I ordered wrong. Instead they all started making faces even after they messed up my order. I've been in need of a job for months they are lucky to have a job but they make it seem like they don't even want to work. It's disgusting to see how they treat people that go there to buy food for their family. Horrible service and horribly made sandwiches I'd recommend going to a different subway. They made the store seem like it was dreadful and it made me feel like a burden. Honestly horrible I'd treat customers better if I had a job there.

My husband ordered #30 the Beast, said you didn't have that on your menu. I can order it online and you have it. You sent him home with a roast beef sub. I tried calling so they could fix the order and deliver it ( calling many times). NO ANSWER at the store...they could have at least made the order correctly and delivered the sub. Not happy with this location. It's close to our 1200 resident RV Resort. We will recommend that our friends choose a different location.

If this is a Subway next to Albertsons on 32nd Street at the Curve then this is the correct review they are serving old rotten lettuce the tomatoes were very wilted customer service is very lacking I had to tell the girl pull that lettuce before someone gets sick it was brown and wilted the tomatoes were so soggy I asked for tomatoes on the other side she gave me a little attitude but yet gave it to me I got in the car and it bothered me so much they were serving spoiled food I called there to speak to the manager to tell her she needs to pull the lettuce or I can call the health department that's how bad it was you know it's bad when the container itself is turning brown the lettuce is stuck to the side of the walls they're serving out of these containers will never go back please be aware when you're looking for a Subway don't go to this one this Subway is not serving fresh food as their policy says
