Back in the 80's I use to eat from this same location as a kid. My dad would pick me up from school and we would stop off at home, drop the stuff off and then walk up to the Wienerschnitzel. I am now 39 years old and living in the Pacific Northwest, but this and the Circle K across the street were staples for me growing up in Yuma. (Circle K had TMNT II and The Goonies arcade machines back then, just to the left of the door!)I've also tried other Wienerschnitzel's across the states, and this is the only one I've seen with the unique building still as well. Some day I'll come back and try it out, but I know the nostalgia won't make it taste the same. It's amazing to see that location still kicking after all these years!

Have to say how can a hotdog place get all these stars. First, I love chilli dogs. Second they make a good one that you can eat without a fork and a knife. Last they have quick service and they do it with a smile.

We ate there today and it was wonderful. My husband loves their chili dogs from years ago. In Oregon where we live there isn't one. I had a corn dog and hubby had the wed special, 4 chili dogs for $4, what a deal. The lady that took his order was super nice, got our food in less than 3 minutes and it was hot and delicious. We're here in Yuma for another month and will definitely be back. It's going to be hard to keep my husband away. Only outside seating but Yuma in Dec, what's the problem.
Excellent hot dogs! This was our first time at a Wienerschnitzel but not the last. We had a Junkyard dog and a Texas BBQ dog and 2 fries. There is no indoor area for eating. You order and pick-up at a walk-up window or a drive thru window. There are nice outdoor seating tables which is what we used. Great experience!
