“I don't usually eat in but whenever I pick up, it is always cozy and clean.Not only is the food always great here but what truly keeps me coming back is the service. Always courteous, clear and concise. I usually always have the same person taking my order over the phone and she speaks eloquently, clarifying everything without much repetition. Service here takes me back to a time that rarely exists today. When service was exactly just that, customer service where the customer is valued.“
“Probably the very best Chinese food in town. Very friendly staff and you will always feel welcome while at the restaurant. The honey garlic boneless pork is fabulous!Parking: Park out back as the lot beside the restaurant fills up quickly and can be tight if you have a large vehicle or a truck.“
“Ordered this place for the first time on Jan 20, 2024. Was a quick pickup order. Had the amazing General Tao’s Chicken which was sweet and spicy, one of my favorite chicken dishes. The Szechuan Green beans were crispy and deliciously spiced. The honey Garlic boneless pork was HUGE and very garlicky; exactly was we asked for!The chicken chow mein was a little under seasoned but nothing a little soy couldn’t fix. The Beef and broccoli was cooked very well with tender beef pieces.All in all we will be ordering here again as the value for what we received was good and the beans and general taos chicken are two items that are hard to find.“
“The lady who answered the phone at around 6pm on March 22nd was hands down one of the best at her job. She worked through my needs to order delivery from the source instead of 3rd party when I called to enquire about my uber order I was about to place. I have been a general manager for several restaurants both fine dining and fast food and am truly amazed by absolutely everything within my interaction on the phone. Youve got a life long customer. Come for the food, stay for the people.“
“I've tried pretty much every chinese food place around and for me to have chosen a favourite place, says a lot. Hong dynasty is really small, so I'm not sure if you can dine in, but I get takeout every time and it's still hot when I get home. (I live 30 mins away) Great value, great quality, and I've never had an issue with the service. Don't tell your friends.“
“Been craving some Chinese lately and decided to try Thong La’s; delicious food, decent portions and excellent prices. Very quick for pick up as well.Sadly they forgot the egg rolls from my order, but that’s okay, I’ll give them a try next time as I will definitely be ordering again in the future.“
“Had dinner with my husband and our friend visiting from out of town (who had been here before & recommended this place). With our friend being vegetarian, we ordered: the vegetable fried rice, Cantonese crispy noodles (but with just vegetables), and veggie egg foo yung. The waiter accomodated our changes and also precautioned us that the noodles & egg dishes would take more cooking time than the rice which was fine with us. As the food came out, they were hot. We all commented how was perfectly flavourful the food was and not greasy at all, like many other places. One thing we did find weird was the cinematic-esque videos showing people preparing *interesting* cuts of meat, which made the atmosphere a bit unappetizing. But overall, we would come back for the food again.“
