Usually have a good experience here. Servers were very friendly, however my bun had a patch of blue/green mold on/in it. Other three burgers were fine. They apologized sincerely and profusely, replaced the burger and gave me free fries.
I recently had a great experience with the customer service team at A&W. A girl named ‘Sunbeam’ was so friendly and helpful throughout the entire process. She took the time to explain all my options and were patient when I had questions. She was also very knowledgeable and able to provide accurate information in a timely manner. I felt like she truly cared about my needs and concerns. I highly recommend A&W for their excellent customer service!

The manager needs to take a course in customer relations. I had a similar experience as another reviewer where I had an issues with an order and was only offered the bare minimum to correct it - I took 3 items back and 1 had a bite taken from it, determined it was cold and another was over done.
