Figured out the issue. Cupcakes should be better labeled so customers know if they are buying classic or deluxe. There was no indication of either or, as they were all mixed together. Women helping the women behind the counter was not friendly at all. Taking off one star because of this but the cupcakes are delicious
Ordered a few hundred cupcakes for a special occasion from this location and was not disappointed! All communication was extremely thoughtful and professional, with fast response times (which I really appreciated!). The cupcakes were beautiful and made just as requested, but most importantly were delicious. Thank you!

I used to love these cupcakes but as pretty as they are, I'm pretty sure they have changed the icing and it is not good. It's very "airy" where it used to be more solid & creamy. I think there is less butter in it. It had a very petroleum kind of flavour but that may have been from the large sprinkle like decorations. I think I'll be getting my treats elsewhere.
