Definitely a takeout type place, service is ok but food is legit one of the best in Vancouver if you like western style Chinese food like me. Better than all the places on Kingsway.
Stopped by this cozy, family-owned Chinese spot after spotting their lunch specials. The place is quite small, with only about 4 tables, but the service was incredibly quick, making it a decent option for takeout.Based on their recommendations, I went for the Spicy Schezwan Chicken and Hot and Sour Soup. The kids and I enjoy the food from Garlic & Chili. We've been customers for some time. Everyone's tastebuds are different but we love the food. The vegetables taste fresh, we don't find anything overly salty, boneless pork is actually boneless with no fat, and portions are good for us. We have never dined in, but it looks clean and the service is always friendly. We also like the prices. Highly recommend. Ample parking outside as it's located in a strip mall.
