The Flax Rye Loaf's nutritional composition (extremely low carb + high protein and fibre) has helped me to be successful in reaching my protein targets + carb and fibre goals. There is nothing else like it and I'm happy to make the trip to get this bread weekly. Lots of other delicious and super nutritious goodies as well.
The owner is so personable! Lovely folks with a great mission. Baked goods are fantastic! Highly recommend! If you are an athlete or are just focused on your health, the calories to protein ratio on their products are amazing.

Such a joy to be reacquainted with Mark at the Red Square Bakery. I was a customer under the former name, Perestroika, years ago, but we moved away. The perogies are the best we've had! Breads, piroshkies all excellent! Happy eating!
