The macarons here are absolutely beautiful and a work of art. They are colourful with nice garnishes matching the flavour theme of each one. They are visually flawless.The macarons do look better than they taste though as I find the ratio of filling to macaron wafer is off with too much buttercream like filling such that most of what you taste is only the oilier, buttery side of things. Been ages since we’ve had bingsoo at Passion8. They were packed on a Monday evening. Besides Korean shaved ice, they also offer cake slices and macarons.Shared a honey berry bingsoo ($14.95 single) and chocolate cookie dough cake ($7.25 slice). They still layer the shaved ice, texture is smooth. Cake wasn’t too sweet. 3.5 stars.
