I love your coffee, for me it tastes better than Tim Horton, the service is great, but the atmosphere next to another establishment is so-so (in my opinion). But all in all everything is great ?
When you order a combo, the staff ask you if you'd like a medium or a large in a tone that seems as if those are the two options when in fact small size comes with for the posted price; there are three options. They all do it, so I'm assuming its policy. I think the staff are great, but that sales tactic doesn't seem very ethical.

Unfortunately they were short staffed and we had to wait a very long time to be served. They only focused on the drive through and ignored the in -person customers. Same with the Tim Hortons connected to it. There were 5 people working, and all ignored us. So unimpressed. Even though good was OK, won't be returning to this location.
