It’s hard to find plant-based, gluten-free restaurants on the island. We took the drive from Nanaimo to Courtenay just to experience this place. The wraps are made from dehydrated veggies and flax and are super filling. The burgers are wrapped in romaine lettuce. I was surprised at how good their Caesar salad is! This place is amazing. Warm, welcoming staff, and food that will blow your mind. I tried their wraps, dill burger, curry, tacos, a smoothie bowl and a variety of snacks. All were money well spent. They are very transparent about ingredients and will offer to show you the list of ingredients if you ask. Highly recommend ? ? ?

I've only had food from this place twice, but my god, how tasty it is! Both times I've asked for a recommendation and both times the quantity and the spicing has been perfect. I think I'm having the Mushroom Walnut Sausage Bowl. It doesn't even matter. So good!
