What a great find!! Stopped here for lunch for the first time today. We had one of their daily fresh made soups (yummy!!) and a roast beef sandwich. Quite delicious and clearly made from scratch. They have 4-5 choices of freshly made soup each day along with several sandwiches made with your choice of bread, meat, cheese. condiments, and vegetable innards (tomato, cucumber, etc.). You can take-to-go or sit and eat your lunch at one of their outside tables. A must the next time you are in Courtenay!!

Delicious soups - really delicious soups! Only wish they were open 7 days a week. The soups are so good.Parking: There are a number of parking spots at the restaurant also the mall parking across the street.
The Soup Pot is our go-to lunch place. Their soups are exceptional and they always provide a terrific selection. My husband and I really appreciate stopping there when we're out for a ride.
